Jackpot Jackpot Terms & Conditions — in plain English, transparently

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Jackpot Jackpot (jackpotjackpot.asia) and all its services. By accessing the website or mobile app, creating an account, or placing any bet, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

Jackpot Jackpot is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. Our services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

To open an account at Jackpot Jackpot, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, payment method, or address is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keep your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Jackpot Jackpot may request KYC (identity verification) at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

After your account is created, a verification code will be sent to the mobile number or email address you provided. You will need to use that code to activate your account.

Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit and withdrawal methods differ, additional verification may be required.

• Free Spins: Applicable to select casino games. Winnings from free spins may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

Each bonus is available once per account only. Granting the same bonus to multiple accounts or to multiple members of the same household is at Jackpot Jackpot's sole discretion.

The following rules apply to all bets placed at Jackpot Jackpot:

• All bets are final once placed. Cancellation after confirmation is not possible, except in cases of administrative error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the related bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded. Different rules may apply for in-play bets.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20. The maximum stake is determined by the market and your account type.
• Jackpot Jackpot reserves the right to void any bet affected by a technical error or obvious mistake in the odds (e.g., odds below 1.01).
• Any evidence of bet manipulation, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent activity will result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Jackpot Jackpot. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse) or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account credentials with anyone else.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of result manipulation.

Jackpot Jackpot believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We provide the following tools free of charge to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much BDT you want to wager within a given period.
• Session Limits: Decide how long you want to play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: For a longer break, you can deactivate your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

You can request to close your Jackpot Jackpot account at any time. Once the request is submitted:

• The full eligible balance in your account (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
• If there are any open bets, the account will be closed once they are settled.
• Your data will be retained in accordance with legal requirements — typically for up to 5 years.

Jackpot Jackpot also reserves the right to close an account unilaterally for any of the following reasons: violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud, or a court or government order.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, payment, or account matter, please follow Jackpot Jackpot's complaint resolution process:

1. Step One: Send a detailed email to support@jackpotjackpot.asia. We will do our best to respond within 72 hours.
2. Step Two: If your issue isn't resolved at the first step, connect directly with a senior support agent via live chat.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to our licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

Jackpot Jackpot reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated version will be published on this page of the website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email address or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
